Important Transportation Information for students that ride Jamie Ely's Bus Route #913. Dear Parent/Guardian, This afternoon it will be necessary to run a double route in order to provide transportation for all of our bus routes. Double Routing means that a bus driver will deliver one route of students and will then circle back to the schools to pick up and then deliver the second route. It will be necessary that we "double route" Jamie Ely's student riders this afternoon. Students that ride bus #913 will be held after school at Bedford Elementary School and/or Trimble Co. Jr/Sr High School until approximately 4 to 4:15 pm at which time they will be picked up and the route run at that time. This means that these students will not be arriving home until an hour to an hour and 15 minutes later than usual. Parents can also make arrangements to have your child picked up at the end of the school day if this interferes with prior engagements. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause to your child and to your family. Please know that we don't have many options available and are doing the best that we can to get all students home. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Dear Students and Families, We recognize that you all are curious as to what protocol and strategies will be in place for the start of the new school year. It's no secret, that there have been varying, strong opinions on all sides concerning response to the covid-19 pandemic this past year. Our school district has given a considerable amount of time, reviewing guidance at the local, state and federal level and have outlined guidelines for the upcoming school year. These guidelines were thoroughly discussed with our school board and unanimously approved at last night's board meeting. Please take a few moments to review the attached guidance and feel free to contact us should you have any questions or concerns. We are excited about the 2021-2022 school year and are committed to providing a safe learning environment for our students, while delivering a quality educational experience! #WeAreTC https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MdcJC0Q7d_7x90FJDSuw6Iwh0Ufx56yK/view?usp=sharing
