FAFSA NIGHT (Student Financial Aid) for SENIORS Ivy Tech will be at Trimble County Jr/Sr High School on Wednesday, October 13, @ 5:30pm to walk parents and students through the process of completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students and parents are encouraged to attend this event, so that the FAFSA is completed early as possible. Parents will need to provide completed tax information, so a copy of last years W2 forms will be needed from the parent(s) that claimed the student. Students will also need to bring their Chromebook in order to complete the FAFSA.

FREE CLASSES AT IVY TECH I wanted to send a quick reminder that Ivy Tech Madison is offering Take a Class on Us during the 2nd 8 week semester this fall! Classes begin on October 20th and are open to any area high school student who meets prerequisites. Classes are 100% FREE this semester, including tuition, books, and fees. Good afternoon families, Students may pick up their school chromebook from the library, during the school day. In order for your child to receive their chromebook, a parent/guardian must complete online registration and pay a $75 usage fee. Reminder: NCDHD Covid-19 Boost Vaccination Clinic for students will be held Wednesday morning June 9th 9am-11am at the Trimble County Jr./Sr. High School. This will be a drive-thru clinic for those students that have already received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Information along with the consent form was sent home with students prior to the last day of school. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the consent form. Good morning! Today and tomorrow, we will be recognizing the academic accomplishments of our students. The Underclassmen Awards Program will be livestreamed on our Facebook Page at 1:10 pm. The Senior Awards Program will be held tonight at 6 pm in the gymnasium. This event is limited to Seniors and their families. The Junior High Awards Program will be livestreamed tomorrow at 8:30 am. While guests are not permitted to attend the ceremonies being held during the regular school day, we hope that you will enjoy the livestreamed presentation and recognition of our students.
