Open House is just around the corner!

Kindergarten Jumpstart is a day that students can get in the building before all of the other kids and tour the school, playground, cafeteria, and learn about the procedures of Kindergarten.
If you would like your incoming Kindergarten student to join us on August 11th from 9-11, please complete the attached Google Form.

Online Registration (OLR) for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. To register, you'll need your Infinite Campus (IC) username and password. If you need help getting your IC login information, we recommend emailing Jetta Walls at jetta.walls@trimble.kyschools.us or Brittney Welty at brittney.welty@trimble.kyschools.us. Due to vacation schedules and staff working on other important tasks, emailing will likely be the quickest way to get a response.

Bedford Elementary School is currently accepting nominations for two parent representatives to serve one year (July 1st, 2025-June 30th 2026) on the School Based Decision Making Council at our school. Council members consist of two parents, three teachers and the principal. Any parent/guardian with a student attending Bedford Elementary School during the upcoming school year is eligible to run for SBDM. A message from the district.

This week, September 9-13, we have so many activities planned. It's Book Fair week, College Dress-Up Days, Tuesday night Literacy Night, and Gravy for Grandparents Breakfast.

Parents and Pre-School Parents, the beginning of the school year is going well. We are getting in the routine of students walking in the building and getting to their classes. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 27, we are going to limit the number of adults walking into the building. You may walk your student to the office, but students are able to get to their classes on their own. We are building independent students at BES, this is another way to do so. This also means siblings need to go to their classes and let the littles be taken to classes by the Pre-School staff. Thank you for all your support, have a great night and a terrific Tuesday.
