There will still be a staff member monitoring car riders as they exit vehicles. After exiting cars students should walk to their usual entry door and staff members will be waiting to take temperatures. Parents will be contacted if a student has a temperature. Please continue to closely monitor your child’s health and keep him/her home if they have any Covid related symptoms. Thank you for supporting BES as we work to keep our car rider lines moving steady while also ensuring everyone is safe and healthy.

BES SBDM will have a special meeting on Tuesday, November 24 at 2:00 in the BES Library.
We understand that virtual learning can be a challenge and many families are anxious to have their children return to school. Although we are unable to do that fully at this time, we have been given the okay to have small groups of students come into the building for face-to-face instruction with their teachers. Grade levels will rotate on various days as we must keep capacity below 15%. We will be able to begin this on Tuesday, September 8. In order to best utilize this time and reach as many students as possible, we will be scheduling appointments. Each small group time will last 2 hours and transportation will be provided, if needed. Both staff and students will be required to wear appropriate face coverings during this time. If you would like to have your child participate in small group instruction with the teacher, please call the school to set up an appointment. We anticipate that many families will want to take advantage of this opportunity and ask that you be patient as we schedule. If you do not get an answer, please call back as we may be taking other calls. 255-3217
