📢 Important Announcement: Email & Calendar Migration Go-Live Update
Trimble County Schools is wrapping up our email and calendar migration project!
To streamline communication and bring everything into our daily Google environment, we are officially switching all email and calendar services from Microsoft Outlook over to Gmail and Google Workspace.

📱 Approved Access Methods
To ensure seamless security and performance, Gmail can ONLY be accessed through the following official platforms:
Web Browser (by signing into your Google account at mail.google.com)
Official Gmail App (available on iOS and Android)
Third-party mail clients (such as Apple Mail, Samsung Mail, or Outlook app) will not be supported.
⏰ What to Expect During the Transition
Data Transfer Delay: As final system processes run, please expect an 8 to 10-hour delay before all incoming and past emails are fully synchronized in your Gmail inbox.
Email Delivery: No messages will be lost! Any emails sent during this window will route safely to your Gmail account as the sync finishes.
⚠️ Important Access Guidelines
Switch to Gmail: Starting at 2:00 PM on July 21, please use a web browser or the official Gmail app to check and send all email moving forward.
Outlook Access: Do NOT use Microsoft Outlook to send emails, update calendars, or make changes after 2:00 PM on July 21. Your old Microsoft account will strictly be view-only for historical reference until the migration process is finished.
