Household information:Addresses and phone numbers

Parent/guardian information: Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

Student Information:Demographics and health/medication information

Emergency Contact:Phone numbers

RETURNING STUDENT or KINDERGARTEN STUDENT WITH SIBLINGS IN SCHOOL

(This includes students moving from elementary to Jr/Sr High school)

If you do not have a Parent Portal Account or have forgotten your Parent Portal log in credentials, please contact Marcia Haney Dunaway at 502-663-0112.  Once you have logged in, click on the word “more” which is located on the lower left hand column.  Click on the online registration link.  Make sure you remember the application process number so that you can return to the application at any time before submission of the registration application.  You will be notified if further information is needed.
