positive test reporting

Dear TC Students & Families,

In order to streamline communication in the school district and to assist with contact tracing, we are requesting that any Trimble Co. Student, in your home, that tests positive for Covid-19, be reported to the school via an email or text message. You can screen shot the documentation and send it to this email address: district.info1@trimble.kyschools.us

It is essential that we have proof of covid-19 positive test results for our students, to ensure appropriate measures are being taken to mitigate virus spread, specific to each case.

To send a text to an email address, simply follow these steps: Enter the email address- district.info1@trimble.kyschools.us into the section where you would normally input a phone number *Compose a text like you normally would *Add any photos, as attachments, by selecting either the camera or picture icon next to the text box *Send the text

In your message, please include the following information when submitting documentation. Student’s Name: School: Grade: Siblings in School: Symptoms: YES or NO If YES, Date Symptoms Began: Vaccinated: YES or NO

Some Doctors will fax us test results and that is fine also, but we still need sibling information on siblings that attend school and date of onset of symptoms, if symptomatic. Doctors can fax results to 502-255-5126. We will then respond back with quarantine dates and initiate contact tracing.
